Romance, Mystery, and Passion Drive Debut Novel, Schloss Valkuriz, Published by Outskirts Press
Denver, CO, October 27, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Author Felicia N. Cheung today announced the release of Schloss Valkuriz, published by Outskirts Press. A story of true love and hope amid inconsolable loss and despair, Cheung’s debut novel encourages her readers to embrace the beauty of a sacred rose and to discover the mystery that surrounds it as Iara learns the truth behind a dark secret buried in the past.
The story begins at Iara’s residence and quickly moves to the castle of Valkuriz where Iara relives, through her dreams, the episode of her last encounter with her lover and starts to unravel the dark secret protected by the immortal beauty of a sacred rose given to her years ago.
The essence of this mystical flower, however, is preserved by the faithfulness of a promise made in the past, one to which Iara is now oblivious. Even so, if that promise is somehow broken, whether intentionally or not, there are consequences threatened that would be too horrifying to even imagine.
Schloss Valkuriz is a magical, passion-filled story that blends mystery, romance, and horror to immerse its readers in the aristocratic world of nineteenth century England as they journey with Iara to discover the truth behind a mystery yet unknown.
Schloss Valkuriz is available online in both paperback and hardback through Amazon and Barnes and Noble and at www.outskirtspress.com/bookstore for a maximum trade discount in quantities of ten or more.
