In this position, she will be responsible for order management, business development and customer support, as well as product education and demonstration to current and potential Lexair customers. Prior to joining Lexair, Neubauer served as assistant manager for Orange County Pest Control, Inc. in Laguna Hills, Calif., handling service orders for customers ranging from government, state and real estate offices to home builders, home owners and business relocation agencies. Neubauer has over 10 years of customer service experience. A native of Orange County, Calif., she resides in Jamestown, N.C.
