Online software for creating board meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes, BlueSky Meeting Solution will enter the K-12 scene with demos at the OSBA Capital Conference.
Goshen, IN, October 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- LightSky today announced that they will debut BlueSky Meeting Solution, the company’s new online meeting minutes software, Nov. 7 at the Ohio School Board Association’s (OSBA) annual Capital Conference.
BlueSky is web-based meeting minutes software for boards, committees, and other meeting groups that need to create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. Agendas and minutes are created and stored online so meeting participants can access them through an internet browser. BlueSky provides an easy way to go paperless, although agendas, minutes, and attachments that can be downloaded as PDF files and printed as needed.
To develop BlueSky, the company drew on its ten years of experience working with school districts and school boards. The result is software that is easy to use because it requires only four simple steps: add participants, set meeting dates, create agendas, and take minutes. Boards that have more stringent meeting processes can set BlueSky to require someone to approve agendas and minutes before they are distributed.
Ryan Hochstetler is the CEO of LightSky and says that BlueSky is about efficiency.
