Sam Quartey is the Senior Associate Pastor and Director of New Creation School of Ministry at New Creation World Outreach Church in Minnesota. He also serves on a number of pastoral boards. He combines his academic training as an anatomist/educator with his calling as a Bible teacher to bring in-depth biblical expositions.
