Seattle Area Firm Named as Finalist in 7th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business
Artitudes Design Inc. was named as a finalist in the categories of “Best Overall Company of the Year – Service Business- up to 100 Employees” and “Community Involvement Program of the Year” in the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
Seattle, WA, November 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business award.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis hotel in New York on Friday, November 12th. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the United States and several other countries are expected to attend. The presentation will be broadcast live by the Business TalkRadio Network.
More than 1,200 entries from around the globe – a record for the competition - were submitted this year for consideration in 54 categories. Artitudes Design Inc. was selected as a finalist for the “Best Overall Company of the Year – Service Business –up to 100 Employees” for its forward thinking vision and organizational philosophy which is to provide exceptional design services, develop strong client relationships and value its employees.
For the “Community Involvement Program of the Year” category, Artitudes was selected for the creation of its “Artitudes in Action – Art Docent Campaign” which brings much needed interactive arts education back into elementary schools in the Puget Sound area. The program reaches over 450 students each year.
