ACS Dealer Management System Adds Texting for All Dealers Including GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, & Hyundai

Text Notification
This enhanced communication tool is available for ACS ACCESS DMS dealerships. It is unique in that it is an integrated part of the advisor screen rather than a separate SMS application. One click of the cell phone button opens the message window, allowing the advisor to type a unique message or the advisor can right click on the message box and select from a list custom messages. These messages work similar to an airline notification system and can be used to provide updates to a customer on the progress of a repair or the completion of the work.
