Minneapolis, MN, November 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- DBI Consulting hosted a Business and Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice (BEACoP) meeting that took place on September 28, 2010 at the Doubletree Hotel, Minneapolis Park Place. Pacheco went in depth explaining the importance of a grounded enterprise architecture. Using examples from his 15 year career at Disney, Pacheco showed how having the correct enterprise architecture is crucial to every company. “Enterprise architecture is about bridging and building relationships. As enterprise architects and data modelers, we make sure things have a reason to exist.” Pacheco said, ending the presentation reinforcing that, “data is valuable. But data linked to other data is exponentially valuable.”
