Thoughts, Words & Images PR Wins Dallas IABC Award of Excellence
Thoughts, Words & Images PR received the 2010 Award of Excellence from the Dallas Chapter of the International Association of Communicators.
Van, TX, November 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Thoughts, Words & Images PR (TWI), a North Texas-based public relations and marketing firm, received an Award of Excellence from the Dallas Chapter of the International Association of Communicators’ (IABC Dallas) 2010 Quill Awards. The award recognizes TWI-PR’s media relations management for the Holy Wisdom Monastery in Madison, WI. TWI performed these services in coordination with its client, Hoffman LLC, which provided planning, design, and construction services to the monastery.
Holy Wisdom Monastery received the most points of any building in the United States under LEED-NC version 2.2 of the certification program of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC®). That means it is one of the greenest buildings in America—a news-worthy achievement.
Linda Mastaglio, TWI-PR founder, says, “By developing a media strategy around this news, we hope more people will be drawn to Holy Wisdom Monastery, which will increase opportunities for personal renewal.”
IABC Dallas is a professional development association for marketing and communication professionals. This year, 28 communication professionals or teams were granted Quill Awards in communications management, communications skills, or communications creativity. Judges were selected from IABC chapters in other geographic regions.
Mastaglio was named Communicator of the Year by IABC Dallas in 2008.
