Shade Systems Provides Its 'Sail' Shades at Locust State Park Amphitheatre for the Prince William County Park Authority (PWCPA) in Triangle, Virginia

Installed at the County’s Locust State Park this past summer, the Sails have provided much-needed protection at the park’s amphitheatre from the sun’s dangerous U.V. rays.
Dianne Cabot, Public Relations Manager for PWCPA, explained that they sponsor a large number of children’s programs at Locust Park’s amphitheatre, and a majority of the events are held in the afternoon. As the events were being performed in the sun, PWCPA received numerous phone calls requesting a shade system which would make the afternoon events more comfortable and enjoyable for the children and their parents.
