ACS Dealer Management System Expands Kia Communications. Adds Kia to Growing GM, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, VW, Hyundai, Mazda, Subaru, & Mercedes Benz Certifications.
Windows® Based ACCESS DMS communications adds VIN Inquiry interface.
Mobile, AL, November 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- ACS is the first DMS to be certified for the new KIA VIN Inquiry interface. This new communications tool automatically provides service advisors using ACS ACCESS the information they need to make informed decisions as a customer repair order is created.
Earlier this year, ACS earned the distinction of being one of three Dealer Management Systems in the country to be certified for Kia communication integration. Included in that integration were parts ordering and returns, warranty repair orders, financial statements, as well as deal and prospect submissions.
Van Koppersmith, President of ACS, explained the new effort this way: “Dealers are looking at alternative DMS vendors and asking the manufacturers to support their efforts. KIA is a perfect example of what is possible; in less than 12 months our dealers have gone from manual on-line entry to complete integration.
