Following previous transactions earlier in the year Watchmoor Estates, advised by Wadham & Isherwood and CBRE, has completed the letting of 23,789 sq ft (2,210 sq m) of office space at Watchmoor Park, Camberley to Telindus.
London, United Kingdom, November 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The IT networking and services company has taken ground and first floor accommodation at ‘Centurion’ on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £380,000 (£16 per sq ft / £172 per sq m). The firm’s 120 staff members have been relocated to the refurbished property from two separate locations in Hook and Odiham in Hampshire.
