TV4U Parent Company Acquires Reach Sporting Goods; to Produce Classic Basketball Cards in Association with the NBA Pre 1965 Players Association

Henderson, NV, November 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Margate Entertainment LLC, owner of the TV4U.Com 48 channel IPTV video network, has acquired the Reach Sporting Goods Company, a historic supplier of sports equipment, logo wear, and trading cards. Reach will initially produce a series of Classic Basketball trading cards featuring the stars of the 1930’s, 1940’s, and 1950’s.

The cards will appear beginning January 2011 and will be issued as a part of the TVS Television Network’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. Legendary stars such as George Mikan, Bobby McDermott, Bill Tosheff, Harry Litwack, Joe Dean, and John Wooden will be featured in the collection.

“We are very excited to be bringing the Reach Sporting Goods Company into our fold,” said TVS Television Network CEO Tom Ficara. “For 50 years TVS has provided the best in sports on television and home video. Now we can include trading cards, logo wear, and other related classic sports items.”

The classic basketball card trading collection is being done in concert with the NBA Pre 1965 Players Association, with revenues going to assist the legendary basketball stars who played prior to the modern financial era.

Sponsoring the classic basketball cards series will be the Basketball Illustrated.Net E Magazine. Initially, the cards will be available exclusively on the Shop TV4U.Com E Commerce store.

The TVS Television Network currently operates 33 IPTV "Micro Channels" including TVS Boxing.Net, TVS Sports.Com, TVS Tavern TV.Com, and TVS 24-7.Com.
