Hattons Solicitors Operation Shoebox Appeal
Hattons Solicitors are very keen to help make Christmas a little easier and more enjoyable for the very deserving service men and women currently serving abroad. This year Hattons is proud to support the worthwhile cause of Operation Shoebox.
St Helens, United Kingdom, November 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The idea is to fill a shoe box with a range of goodies and useful items that would mean so much to the troops, some of whom have been away from the UK for months and missing basic items that we normally take for granted.
So if you are as proud as everyone at Hattons Solicitors is of our troops serving abroad then take this opportunity to help lift spirits and make life a little more bearable for the service men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq.
A few ideas of what to include:
Clothing: Cotton boxer shorts, cotton knickers, cotton sports socks (all sizes), hair scrunchies, flip flops, extra socks, gloves (Tough), Undershirts/t-shirts, hats (black).
Toiletries: Lip salve, small tins of Vaseline (green and yellow), shaving oils, shaving gels/creams (no aerosols), disposable razors, stick/roll-on deodorants (unperfumed), small packs of wet wipes, small baby powder, foot powder, shower gels and shampoo sachets, nail boards, combs, small hand/body lotions.
