benefitsCONNECT® announced this month that Mrs. Ja’Nene R. Kane has been promoted to President / COO.

As President / COO, Mrs. Kane will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of benefitsCONNECT®. Over the last year, she has developed a strong service-oriented business model to maintain the high customer service standards at benefitsCONNECT®, as well as building a talented, dedicated support team. Enhancing the strategic partnerships of the company will be her first initiative in order to offer a broader range of services to our broker clients and reduce the overall cost of benefits administration. Mrs. Kane has worked for benefitsCONNECT® for five years, leading the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) team, assisting in the accounting department, building the Sales and Marketing team, and facilitating partnerships with carriers such as Colonial Life, HSA Bank, ING, and Unum. She served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for two years, and was the VP of Sales and Operations for the past six months working as a professional resource for benefits enrollment and administration technology for hundreds of brokers and carriers across the nation. “Her exceptional grasp of all aspects of the company’s service model will ensure exponential growth for benefitsCONNECT® and continued delivery of exemplary customer service,” says Troy R.
