Mather LifeWays was named one of the Top 100 Places to Work in the Chicago area based on an employee survey conducted by an independent organization.

Mather LifeWays, a not-for-profit organization that has enhanced the lives of older adults for nearly 60 years by creating Ways to Age WellSM, is ranked 16th among mid-size companies (250-999 employees). It is the sole Evanston employer and one of only 10 not-for-profit organizations to be recognized in the top 100 on the list.
In surveys administered by a third party firm, employees anonymously shared why they enjoyed working at Mather LifeWays:
