It’s a Dangerous World Out There—Learn the Ass-Kicking Techniques that Can Save Your Life

No one is immune from violence. Even the most safety-minded of us may one day find ourselves doing the unthinkable—fighting for our very lives against an attacker who wants to rob, rape, or even murder us. What would you do in such a situation?

The Woodlands, TX, January 26, 2007 --(PR.com)-- See Sally Kick Ass: A Woman’s Guide to Personal Safety by martial arts expert and self-defense instructor Fred Vogt has just been released by Outskirts Press, Inc. This comprehensive guide to personal safety is loaded with over 650 tips focused on helping women live safely in today’s uncertain world.

Vogt drew on his years of experience as a martial arts practitioner to write this comprehensive guide that will arm you with the defensive tools necessary to avoid adverse situations, but if necessary, to thwart and stop an attacker in his tracks. Illustrated with more than 130 pictures, the material covers everything from walking, shopping, driving, date rape prevention, and travel. You will learn how to keep yourself safe and protect your children. Vogt even gives you advice on how to prevent identity theft, one of today’s most pervasive crimes.

“I feel strongly that every woman should be able to live her life safely,” Vogt says. “This book, designed and dedicated to helping achieve that objective, is my small contribution. See Sally Kick Ass is a book that should be read by every woman.”
