Rae founded CSP in 2005 and CSP International academy in 2009 to ensure a higher standard education for stagers in this industry. In 2007/2008 Rae and CSP members were instrumental in the launch of RESA, when Rae held the RESA Regional Vice President Position, and she has most recently accepted a second term as President of Ontario Chapter. Rae has been acknowledged many times for her significant industry volunteer work, as well as individual and company achievements. CSP International takes pride in the quality of educators who form the training team throughout the world. It is extremely tough to achieve certification as a CSP instructor and only the best make it. CSP trainers own successful home staging businesses servicing thousands of clients and students. As experts in the field, all CSP International Instructors take over 100 hours of rigorous training before they are permitted to teach, and in order to maintain their teaching status they must continue to receive excellent feedback and exceed the expectations of the students they teach.
