Woburn, MA, November 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, recognized domestically and abroad for cleaning equipment, cut prices on brush consumables for the KleenJet® 8338-360CP line of anti-microbial floor steam cleaners. The brush components are offered in three bristle densities and have been priced at nearly 1/8 what competing suppliers charge for brush consumables.

According to Daimer's estimates, consumable brushes account for as much as 92% of a customers' replacement costs during the life of their steam cleaners. A cleaning operation can go through 100 brushes during the life of a top quality steam cleaner. Now, 100 brushes for a 8338-360CP costs around $250. A comparable order from competitors could cost around $2000.
Consumable brushes for the KleenJet® 8338-360CP are being sold in several styles. Daimer®'s stainless steel consumable products generate added abrasion for the toughest jobs. Brass style products provide less abrasion for more delicate applications. Nylon attachments provide the least abrasion for the most fragile cleaning jobs.
Floor Steam Cleaners Sanitize with Steam
KleenJet® 8338-360CP floor steam cleaners are the least expensive 380 volt, 30-phase machines in Daimer®'s 8000CP line of commercial disinfection machines. The 3,650 watt systems feature proprietary ATIS® antibacterial subsystems, which are housed in the 8338-360CP's boiler unit.
The advanced floor steam cleaners offer pressures levels manufactured to reach nearly 120 psi and temperatures designed to peak at 329ºF. Each unit accommodates 10-liters of industrial detergent. The waster capacity (boiler and automated refill tank) is rated for 14 liters. Each of the machines supports a direct water feed for continual steam cleaning.
