Out of the box software from Union Square meets needs of 10-person practice

The major problems that led Bowles and Wyer to look for a new system were duplication of data and control over procedures. Design and Marketing Director John Wyer comments, "Drawings would come into the business via email and multiple copies would be saved on different drives by different people. We were running out of server space and as a result systems were running slow."
