National Touring Production Comes to the Los Angeles Pantages Starting January 5

The national, 20-city tour of the Tony Award-winning revival of “Hair” launched in Washington, DC, in October at the Kennedy Center Opera House.
This exuberant musical about a group of young Americans searching for peace and love in a turbulent time has struck a resonant chord with audiences young and old. “HAIR” features an extraordinary cast and dozens of unforgettable songs, including “Aquarius,” “Let the Sun Shine In,” “Good Morning Starshine,” and “Easy to Be Hard.”
The full creative team behind the Broadway production is on board for the national tour, including Diane Paulus (director), Karole Armitage (choreography), Scott Pask (scenic design), Michael McDonald (costume design), Kevin Adams (lighting design) and Acme Sound Partners (sound design). HAIR features a book and lyrics by Gerome Ragni and James Rado and music by Galt MacDermot.
Hair continues its run on Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre and in London at the Gielgud Theatre.
While some find this show suitable for young adults, parental discretion is advised. There is a dimly lit 20-second scene with nudity that is non-sexual in nature.
