BiOWiSH Technologies Forms One Global Business Acquires Trading Assets and Customer Base from Founder
Chicago, IL, December 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- BiOWiSH Technologies has finalized the acquisition of Biowish Co., Ltd. from founder Dr. Wisuit Chantawichayasuit, creating a unified global business under the BiOWiSH(TM) brand. The acquisition involved securing the Thailand-based entity’s trading assets and customer base in Asia.
Dr. Chantawichayasuit remains the largest shareholder of BiOWiSH Technologies and will play an active role in the company as founder and Chief Scientist. He will continue to work on core technology and market development as well as direct the work of key research partners that include some of the world’s leading microbiology and industry specific research institutions. Dr. Chantawichayasuit and BiOWiSH Technologies have worked closely over the past 4 years to develop the marketing program for BiOWiSH™ whilst continuing the scientific work on understanding the core technology and its applications.
