Homes by Deltona Presents 12 Cookies of Christmas at San Savino at the Shores in St. Augustine

The event will feature tours of 12 spec homes and model homes, each highlighting complimentary holiday cookies and apple cider. Fresh baked cookies will be provided by the new Food Lion located at the southern entrance to The Shores community. Tour participants will also receive a free holiday gift and a chance to win a weekend holiday retreat at Laterra Resort at World Golf Village.
Those who purchase a home within 30 days of the tour will also receive a free swimming pool ($30,000 value,) which will be built and ready for summer.
“This will be the sweetest home tour of the holiday season with a different type of fresh-baked cookie in each of the featured homes,” said Karen Palmer, general sales manager at Homes by Deltona. “While the holiday theme and giveaways are fun bonuses, the homes are the real draw with affordable pricing from the $200s and surprisingly luxurious finishes.”
