Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Partners with QDR for Country Christmas Wish. Dickey’s will have two drop off times and locations to help Families who have experienced recent hardships (such as a house fire, illness, or injury) and an opportunity to win free barbecue for a year during December.
Durham, NC, December 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- GMW Carolina, Inc that locally owns and operates the Triangle Dickey’s Barbecue Pit location in Cary, Durham, Raleigh, is partnering with 94.7 QDR to help families in the community that have experienced recent hardships. QDR will have many drop off locations throughout the area through December 24th. Dickey’s will be the host drop off site on Wednesday December 8th at 5318 New Hope Commons Drive, Durham and on Tuesday December 14th at 200 Crossroads Blvd, Cary. The drop off times are between 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. QDR will select the families based on need.
Each location will run a lunch special on their designated drop off day and include two opportunities to win free barbecue for a year and more. The special will take $2 off all sandwiches between 11 AM- 2 PM while supplies last. The Lil’ Hoagie will be priced at $1, Big Barbecue sandwich for $3, and the new Westerner that is served on an large hoagie roll with choice of two meats and cheese for $5. All 8 juicy hickory smoked meats smoked on premises at all locations. The specials and prizes in Durham are on December 8th and Cary will be on December 14th.
