Missouri Author Donates a Portion of Book Proceeds to Houston Based Military Organization

"Daddy's Secret Christmas Wish," is a heartwarming Christmas novel that highlights the life of a young man who's father is fighting for his life, due to a tragic, work-related accident. The young man, named Allen, struggling with the demons of his own past selfishness, is forced to face the reality of what is most important in life; namely, his faith in God and the giving of himself. He blames everyone, including God, for the bad things that he has endured during Christmas' past. He struggles with the understanding of whether giving is truly more important than receiving.

Toby is donating a portion of the proceeds from Daddy's Secret Christmas Wish, to "Operation Finally Home." In 2005, Dan Walrath started "Operation Finally Home," in Houston, TX. Dan builds and donates homes for families of wounded war veterans who have, in some cases, given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
