KeepCup’s New Website a Triumph in Web Design
Lava creates a fun and user-friendly web design for customers and their client.
Melbourne, Australia, December 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- KeepCup’s new and highly revised website was released on Nov 23, 2010. In only a few short days, the upgrade already has proven to be a tremendous success.
When KeepCup realised that their existing website with off-the-shelf style e-commerce aspects was too basic, they approached Lava Web Creations with the request to build a new online solution. Six months later, the company known for launching the first barista standard reusable coffee cup in the world, had a brand new, innovative online presence.
The assignment was not easy. Lava was asked to create a web design that focused even more on a seamless transition between the promotional aspect, user interaction and online purchases. The website achieves this to great effect. Users are able to customise the cups, selecting cup colours, make purchases online, set up a Buddy list, and refer their friends to the site (share).
KeepCup selected Lava Web Creations for their expertise in customised and sophisticated online solutions. Many firms offering web solutions today are either heavily skewed to either the promotional or the shop aspect. They concentrate on the visual (design) or the technical (programming) of a website. Lava, on the other hand, covers all facets. They tie aesthetics, programming and animation together into an appealing and user-friendly interface – complete integration.
Customers are enjoying KeepCup’s new site because of the increased interaction. Users can play with colour combinations and animate their cup (e.g. a 36o degree spin, plug twist, etc.). Via a back-end online admin system KeepCup can control the currently available colours and add and change colours with ease. The website is easy to use for both the customer and the client.
Lava’s Director Stuart Gonsal, is very satisfied with the end result of this project. The interactive design cup feature makes the site unique, and so does the overall cohesiveness for the user.
“Lava is incredibly proud of the KeepCup solution. Rather than dealing with another conventional e-commerce site, KeepCup now has a fully integrated site that offers benefits to both the users and the company. The new site enables the streamlining of the business process, and also facilitates the orders betters. The entire process is an all-around success.”
