Enterprising Women Welcomes Two New Members to Advisory Board
Linda K. House and Lori Bacon Added as Board Members.

House is the president and CEO of Island Air Charters, Inc. a full service private air charter service based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In 1969 she co-founded a custom residential construction company in the Midwest, winning numerous awards and accolades for her talent in management and design. House purchased Island Air Charters in 2007, and established an expansion plan to provide air charter services to a wider area. Island Air Charters now operates charter flights to south Florida, the Bahamas, parts of the Caribbean and Central America.
Bacon is the owner and president of Swimco, which caters to warm destination travelers, offering the best in swimwear and resort wear for women and their families. Located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Swimco is Western Canada’s premiere swimwear retail chain, with 14 stores in the area and more than 150 employees. Bacon is a Women Presidents’ Organization Platinum Member as well.
Members of the Enterprising Women Advisory Board provide advice to the publication’s staff to tailor the magazine to meet the needs of entrepreneurial women.
