Checkers Catering Supports Toys for Tots Drive

Livermore, CA, December 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Checkers Catering & Special Events in Livermore (www.checkerscaterin.com) is joining the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department in conjunction with the US Marine Corp for their annual Toys For Tots drive which runs through December 16, 2010. Checkers Catering has made a plea to their customers in the Tri-Valley area to donate an unwrapped gift to benefit a needy child in the Livermore-Pleasanton area. Checkers will be picking up any donated toys from our customers through December 15, 2010 and delivering them to the Nevada Street Firehouse located in Livermore on December 16. "We have heard form many of our loyal and generous customers who want to participate and many others who are already working with the Fire Department on this years Toy Drive," said Fred Kotrozo, Director of Business development. "The joy this will bring to some young girl or boy on Christmas morning who may have to go without any presents this year has garnered much support for us this year in our efforts to support the Fire Department and the United States Marines," said Kotrozo.
