Laser Spine Institute Experiences Continued Success and Growth in Local Market
Scottsdale, AZ, December 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Bill Horne, CEO of Laser Spine Institute (http://www.laserspinesinstitute.com), the leader in minimally invasive spine surgery, has announced that the company will celebrate its two-year anniversary in the Scottsdale market next month. Since its grand opening in January of 2009, the surgical center has experienced tremendous growth and success, and achieved accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) in July 2009.
As it experiences continued growth, Laser Spine Institute has named Heidi Gwynn executive director of the Scottsdale, Ariz. surgical center. Gwynn joined the company in 2008 as a seminar patient coordinator then transitioned into the role of consult specialist where she worked side by side with the Laser Spine Institute Arizona clinical team to facilitate the patient process.
In addition to naming a new executive director, Laser Spine Institute Scottsdale is celebrating the success of its chief spine surgeon, Michael C. Weiss, DO. The spinal surgery section of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics appointed Dr. Weiss as its president. He will moderate the section’s mid-year meeting in Scottsdale in May of 2011.
Quotes:
“There are so many people suffering from back and neck pain, and Laser Spine Institute is committed to continued growth so that we can offer our services to everyone in need,” said Horne. “We are very pleased with the great success that Laser Spine Institute Scottsdale has experienced in two short years. I am confident that our team and facility there will continue to grow and flourish under Heidi’s leadership.”
