dhc Appoints Luke Adams as CRM Practice Director
New team member to lead growing customer relationship management business as company prepares for launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

Adams joins dhc, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, to lead a busy and growing team that is preparing for the launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in January.
With a background in computer design, Luke Adams has worked with technologies that improve the quality and profitability of relationships between an organisation and its customers for more than 20 years. Based at dhc’s head-office in Godalming, Surrey, Adams brings a wide range of product and project experience including small business and enterprise installations for financial services, public sector, manufacturing, telecommunications, media organisations to list a few.

He has also held the positions at the independent CRM consultancy, Absolute CRM, as well as senior project management roles at Hiscox, MEN Group and Visa Europe in the last three years. For more than 13 years he was the Managing Director of Absolute Computer Solutions.
