Fort Myers Attorney Amanda Brock Appointed to REIS Board of Governors

Brock is an associate in Henderson Franklin’s Land Use & Environmental Law division. She concentrates her practice in matters involving environmental compliance, zoning, development approvals, property tax appeals, and hazardous waste site remediation. She frequently writes articles on these issues that appear in The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate newsletter. Brock also lectures on topics relating to contaminated site remediation, negotiating consent orders and settlement agreements with state and local agencies, and Brownfields redevelopment. For two consecutive years, she was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine as a Rising Star in the fields of land use, zoning and environmental law.

Brock received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law (cum laude).
