The Chef’s Academy Held Morrisville Campus Groundbreaking

Culinary Institution Celebrates Momentous Occasion.

Raleigh, NC, December 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Chef’s Academy (http://www.thechefsacademy.com), the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 108-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers more than 30 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced a successful groundbreaking held on Tuesday Nov. 30 on the Morrisville campus located at 2001 Carrington Mill Blvd. Secretary of Commerce J. Keith Crisco and Morrisville Mayor Jackie Holcombe both gave speeches at the ceremony. Several city council members and elected local officials were also in attendance. The ceremonial lunch menu featured marinated pork tenderloin, Indiana cheeses and Indiana duck satay, which was prepared by three of the Chef’s Academy chefs, including the national dean and the Morrisville campus executive chef.
