Online User Conference Offers Convenience, Interaction and Broader Participation for Jobscope Customers
Webinar Presentations Provide Functionality Discussion Opportunities.

The 3-day event offered participants informative sessions on functionality for Engineering, Production, Scheduling, CRM, Reporting, Bar Coded Shop Floor Labor, Material Control and Accounting. New release functionality was a hot topic of discussion and insights were shared across client companies on how each used the JOBSCOPE system in their respective business environments.
Because this conference was completely online, the user community had the convenience of logging in to sessions that pertained to their functional areas without having to incur travel expenses or time away from their offices. As a result, more participants were able to gather in client meeting and conference rooms to engage in discussions and offer feedback on system features.
“The online format was a great way for our team to attend the conference while also maintaining our normal daily work schedule,” says Charlie Grant, Global Information Services, Applied Materials. “We had the opportunity to see demonstrations of JOBSCOPE modules that we do not currently use and how they could benefit our processes.
