Mother with Disabilities Gets Power Wheelchair for Christmas

Aurora, CO, December 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- If you could make one wish what would it be? On Thursday, December 16th, 2010 at 8:15am at Aurora Central High School in Colorado, a disabled mother of 2 will receive the gift of mobility. KeVaughn Boykins, 17 year- old High School student at Aurora Central High and listener of KS 107.5fm Morning Show wrote in a wish request for his disabled mother Kendra. He writes “For many years my mother, Kendra Boykins has had several debilitating diseases: Multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and Parkinson’s. She is currently a single mother going to college and doing all she can to support her kids.” His request is for a power wheelchair so that his mother can continue her education and support for the family.

His wish will be granted on Thursday, December 16th 2010. KS 107.5fm Morning Show host Kathie J will call Aurora Central High where Kendra and her two sons will be and announce live on air the granting of their Christmas wish. The WISHTM Team, along with The Kids Mobility Network will be standing by at the school with the certificate for her power wheelchair. Come be a part of the greatest gift of all, the gift of giving.
