SoftLake Solutions Announces Merilly Hessburg as VP of Sales and Business Development
With years of executive and entrepreneurial experience, Merilly Hessburg is announced as VP of Sales and Business Development at SoftLake Solutions.

She comes to the company with 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry; including 12 years in executive management.
Hessburg’s roles have ranged from Product & Business Development, Service Operations to General Management. In her most relevant technical roles, she was the General Manager & Technical Director over two successful business units for Lam Research; a billion dollar semiconductor Equipment Company, in Silicon Valley and the Director of Equipment Engineering Development with Seagate Technology which resulted in three patents and the development of leading edge cleaning equipment for use in the manufacture of Recording Media. She left the semiconductor industry in 2003 to pursue a vision and passion and opened up a restaurant in Minneapolis, Hazellewood Grill and Tap Room, named after her mother. She sold her interest in 2007 and while Hazellewood continues to thrive she returned to the industry that provided the opportunity for her to pursue her passion.
At SoftLake, Hessburg will help drive the company’s data services portfolio including business intelligence, master data management and data analysis. She will also help to advance the company’s healthy stable of data products including leaders in data governance with Collibra and data analytics with InfoZoom.
Bringing acumen as both executive and entrepreneur, Hessburg will be responsible for: (i) driving sales through multiple development channels including end-users and consultant partners (ii) managing sales of all offices nationwide and have teams report to her (iii) strategic business/technology development.
