Chrishan Nominated for Three 2011 TC Hip-Hop Awards

Minneapolis, MN, December 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Hit Republic Music's Chrishan has been nominated for three 2011 TC Hip-Hop Awards for Best Male R&B, Song of the Year for "SuperBad," with Mr. 83, and Mixtape of the Year for "Man of the Year." These are Chrishan's first-ever TC Hip-Hop Award nominations.

Last fall, Chrishan released his debut album "Night & Day" which peaked at #1 in sales on Amazon for 2 weeks and #35 in US R&B, #55 in UK R&B. In the United States Chrishan has had an unprecedented multitude of success. He has released five independent singles, 2007's "2 Late 4 Us," 2009's "B**** Look At Me Now," 2009's "U Had It All," 2009's "Break Ur Heart," and 2010's "Somethin' Like It," which earned Chrishan his highest-ever level of notoriety when the single debuted on Worldstarhiphop.com gaining over 125,000 views in just 48 hours. His sophomore album "Night & Day: Platinum" is slated to be released December 21 and will feature the lead single "Somethin' Like It." Chrishan, a singer-songwriter/producer is set to kick off of his 2011 Night & Day tour in Austrailia next April in support of "Night & Day: Platinum."
