NeoVocatus Announces Performance Based Fee Methodology

Overland Park, KS, December 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- NeoVocatus, a division of Horton, Smith & Associates a nationwide physician recruitment firm, has announced its revised Performance Based Fee Methodology (PBFM). Officials of the firm anticipate this methodology will allow broader participation in the firm’s customized and proven placement and outplacement systems. Through the PBFM fee structure, healthcare providers share the financial risk with NeoVocatus and ultimately with the NeoVocatus contracted hiring entity. Should the provider select an opportunity presented by a NeoVocatus contracted hiring entity, they may recoup any monies invested in the process.

Mr. Fredrick Horton, NeoVocatus’ President and CEO stated “Our first thought is always investigating how we can balance accessibility, responsibility and partnership. We worked with trusted advisors to develop the Performance Based Fee Methodology, and believe this is one more step towards our mission. We are hopeful this will allow more healthcare professionals to partner with our firm in order to regain their careers’ and lives.” Mr. Horton continued “this revised methodology will result in stronger relationships with recovering professionals as we share both risk and reward. The ability to recoup fees is a creative way of rewarding the professional and sharing in the upside. At the same time this new structure will ensure that an entities’ potential interest in a NeoVocatus candidate is not overshadowed by a placement fee.

“Our overall goal as a firm is to place professionals in appropriate positions following treatment and job transitions. The revised Performance Based Fee Methodology is a significant improvement and should have dramatic benefit to all parties,” Horton concluded.
