Atec Group Adopts GSS Infotech Brand
Atec Group in Albany, NY will be transitioning their name to that of parent company GSS Infotech, Inc. as of January 1, 2011. This unification will allow Atec to offer a more expansive list of services.

Albany-based IT consultancy, Atec Group will formally begin transitioning to GSS Infotech as of January 1, 2011.
Atec group was acquired in 2009 by the GSS brand. During this strategic acquisition period, GSS also purchased System Dynamix Corporation in Glastonbury, CT (2008) as well as Infospectrum Consulting in Wheaton, IL (2006). Each of these companies will also now be known as GSS Infotech.
“The decision to move each of these companies under the GSS Infotech banner has been taken to consolidate our disparate branding that we felt could otherwise cause market confusion,” GSS Infotech CEO, Bhargav Marepally commented.
The new company, GSS Infotech will have U.S. locations in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.
GSS Infotech will provide enterprise level service delivery on a global basis, including: Virtualization & Cloud Solutions, Application Development & Maintenance, Data Center Design & Implementation, Managed & Remote Infrastructure Management Services, Staff Augmentation, and Workload Automation & Scheduling Solutions.
