With over 20 years of successful business development and sales experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, and industrial repair industries, Neal is well-primed to lead Vision Engraving & Routing Systems to increased growth in 2011 and beyond.

Neal has a wealth of international business experience, having most recently served as the Sales Director for HCS International for 5 years.
