IAG Announces Retirement of Co-Founder and New Executive Leadership

New Castle, DE, December 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Today IAG announced a restructuring of its organization and the retirement of Louis Molnar, its co-founder. Louis Molnar is retiring as Co-Principal effectively Dec 31, 2010. Molnar co-founded the firm with Ross Little in 1997 immediately creating the largest Business Analysis consulting and training company in North America.

Molnar has been instrumental in growing the company through acquisitions, alliances, key account development and expansion into Canada. He has led the development of a number of IAG’s training courses including “Defining Software Requirements,” “Maintenance Requirements Analysis,” and “Conducting a Requirements Use Case Workshop,” and various webinars such as his series on SCRUM.

Louis is an Accredited Business Analyst Professional, SCRUM Master, Founding Member of the IIBA and sat on the IIBA Executive Committee for the critical formative years of the industry association for Business Analysts. Louis has also been a frequent and popular speaker at industry events and plans to continue with his talks and Webinars on various requirements, agile and BA topics.

Molnar will continue his role as President of InQuestra, the first eLearning company for Business Analysts. Louis will also continue an association with IAG as a special consultant and Strategic Advisor to the President, Ross Little.

Little is also pleased to announce the promotions of Keith Ellis and Garry McGouldrick to the Executive Leadership Team.

McGouldrick is promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Professional Services. McGouldrick been the Vice President of Sales for IAG since 2006 and has led the Account Management team through significant double digit annual growth over these last four years. Since joining IAG in 2005, Garry has managed some of IAG’s largest accounts and most complex projects. In his new role, Garry will have executive responsibility for all Commercial Sales as well as the company-wide Professional Services organization.

Keith Ellis is promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing, Government and Alliances. In this new SVP position, he will take on the strategic and executive responsibility of our Government Accounts as well as continuing to be responsible for Marketing and Alliances where he has provided excellent leadership and growth since 2007. As a strategic market for IAG, the government segment is critical to IAG’s success. Keith, continuing his success with existing Federal and State accounts across North America, will be leading this effort.
