Kiosite Reaches Agreement to Acquire Israeli-Based Codetix

St. Louis, MO, February 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Kiosite, LLC has reached an agreement to acquire Codetix, an Israeli-based firm that provides a suite of unique hiring assessments specifically focused on measuring individual integrity, reliability and judgment.

St. Louis-based Kiosite and its flagship HireTrue platform provide an innovative suite of services enabling clients to screen, select and develop better, more productive personnel—faster and more economically.

Now, Kiosite will take that to the next level by introducing services this fall that incorporate Codetix’s refined assessments and intellectual property. These new offerings will initially be available only to a limited, charter client group with a wider, public rollout planned for early 2007. Both Kiosite and Codetix plan to integrate their products, research and development efforts worldwide.

“Our agreement with Codetix gives us an opportunity to leverage unique content at a time when ethics and security have become particularly important,” said Michael Novack, President and CEO of Kiosite. “Codetix provides us with unparalled expertise, allowing us to further our research and development and to continue to build important tools for the future.”

Developed by two renowned assessment and recruitment experts in Israel – Gideon Naftali and Dr. Ilan Diamant – Codetix’s assessments are used by a variety of companies worldwide to improve hiring decisions and business outcomes.

“We are excited about the agreement,” said Naftali, who co-founded Codetix with Diamant. “Kiosite represents an important opportunity to take this venture to the next level by providing a wider framework and broader product offering, added management and more active sales and distribution.”
