India based software and IT consulting company Mindfire was selected to participate in an employee survey conducted by Great Place to Work Institute, India & the Economic Times.

This survey was being conducted across various organizations in India as a part of the “India's Best Companies to Work For”-2011 study and the results are to be published in The Economic Times. This study was aimed at benchmarking employee perceptions of workplace environment against industry standards, which would in turn help to leverage on strengths and identify the areas for improvement.
