Rare "Blue Christmas" with Elvis Presley and C.E. Rider Unburied

Rare recordings of C.E. Rider, singing familiar Christmas standards have recently been discovered. Among these surprising artifacts lies a collaboration between the "Godfather of Goth Folk," and Elvis Presley covering "Blue Christmas."

St. Louis, MO, December 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Legends of the Archives, the leading music warehouse specializing in rarities, b-sides and imports, acquired a box of reel-to-reel recordings of C.E. Rider. The stuntman-turned folksinger-turned stuntman, typically known for writing dark songs about his ex-lovers, is heard singing upbeat Christmas carols. One of which is a duet of "Blue Christmas" with none other than Elvis Presley.

"These are the real deal. I can tell. They have engineering notes on them from B.P. Its most likely one of Bill's many side projects and he got C.E. together with E.P. Its also very evident how much this meetup inspired the movie 'Spinout'," stated Lead Archivist, Jeff Jergens.

The company's Founder, Mongue, had this to say "Our sound lab is analyzing the voice-prints. After they are confirmed and wavers are signed, the original analogs will be cleaned and remastered digitally. If all matches properly, the world will hear an unexpected C.E. Rider Christmas album with an Elvis Presley collaboration in time for Christmas, 2011."
