Edward Fleming of Longmeadow Inducted Into St. John's Prep Athletic Fall of Fame

Danvers, MA, December 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Edward Fleming of Longmeadow was inducted into the St. John’s Prep Athletic Hall of Fame on November 24, 2010. Fleming, who is a 1948 graduate of St. John’s, was honored for outstanding achievement in football, hockey, and baseball. He is also a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Student-athletes at St. John’s today compete in 21 interscholastic varsity sports. The school is a 23-time winner of the Boston Globe Nason Award for overall excellence in athletics. A Xaverian Brothers sponsored secondary school for young men with a century-long tradition of excellence in academics, arts and athletics, St. John’s is located in Danvers, Massachusetts.
