Weight Loss Challenge Information Sessions, Meet Trainers and Past Participants on January 8 & 15, 2011
Total Fitness Clubs will be holding information sessions for their upcoming “You Choose to Lose” Weight Loss Challenge at all RI & MA Club locations on January 8 and 15, 2011. This event is open to the public and attendees will have an opportunity to meet the Trainers and past Challengers.
Swansea, MA, December 31, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Total Fitness Clubs (TFC) today announced today they will be holding information sessions for their upcoming “You Choose to Lose” Weight Loss Challenge (YCTL) on January 8 and 15, 2011. YCTL is the 10th Challenge that Total Fitness Clubs has produced and this event is open to the general public.
The You Choose to Lose Weight Loss Challenge is a 10-week team oriented weight loss program that runs from January 23, 2011 – April 3, 2011. YCTL is focused on helping participants by arming them with the knowledge and motivation to attack their weight loss goals. In addition to losing weight, the goal is for participants to live a healthier lifestyle; establish a routine of regular gym attendance, eat a balanced diet and incorporate a wide range of exercise activities.
Participants are not only accountable to themselves and their trainer but to their teammates. "It is the team support and accountability that drives people to stay committed beyond their own will power," said Walter Medeiros, Personal Training Director, Total Fitness Clubs. "The upcoming information sessions are a great way for people to meet the trainers from each of our clubs and participants from our past nine Challenges – people who have succeeded in reaching and maintaining their weight loss goals."
