Arizona’s Bungalow Bar & Grill to Show January's College Football Bowl Games

Scottsdale Restaurant Anticipates Big Crowds for Fiesta Bowl, National Title Game

Scottsdale, AZ, January 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- 'Tis the season for college football bowl games and Bungalow Bar & Grill is marking the season with a tailgating experience for every football fan.

With a unique indoor/outdoor dining experience and 12 flat-screen televisions broadcasting each day’s top games, college football fans have their pick of not only the best bowl games, but also some of the best food served in Scottsdale.

This year, the Fiesta Bowl pits the Oklahoma Sooners against the University of Connecticut Huskies on New Year’s Day and the BCS title game hosts the University of Auburn Tigers and the Oregon Ducks on January 10, 2011.

Both games are at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, just 30 minutes from Bungalow Bar & Grill.

In addition, ESPN will be broadcasting from downtown Scottsdale at the Southbridge area behind Nordstrom’s during bowl week, giving football fans headed out to watch the telecasts the perfect nearby pit stop one block away at Bungalow Bar & Grill.

Bungalow’s full menu will be available during the broadcasts and restaurant manager Jack Scerca said the restaurant is anticipating large crowds with both the Fiesta Bowl and national championship game being held in the Phoenix area this year.

“If you’re a football fan, this place is heaven during January,” he said. “We always get a ton of football fans for every game and a lot of times that includes fans in town for the Fiesta Bowl and national championship game. Football games are just better at Bungalow.”

Bungalow Bar & Grill is located at 4360 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, just one block south of Camelback on the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Stetson Drive.
