Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit Names New Managing Principal

Chicago, IL, January 06, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit, a Chicago area law firm, has named Matthew L. Moodhe as Managing Principal. He has been with the firm for 16 years concentrating in condominium, townhome and homeowner association law and litigation and has been practicing since 1991.

Mr. Moodhe succeeds Robert A. Sternberg who served as the Managing Principal at Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit since 2001. During Mr. Sternberg’s nine years of direction, the firm successfully grew its client base and expanded to its current five locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is now concentrating his knowledge and experience as a Principal of the firm in corporate law, real estate law, loan transactions and providing general legal counsel to business clients.

Strategic growth, further systems modernization and continued client satisfaction initiatives are among the objectives entrusted to Mr. Moodhe going forward into 2011. He also serves as a member of Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit’s Leadership Team where he is integrally involved with the firm’s future direction, and overall performance optimization and measurement.
