le cool Hits London

Europe's leading email magazine, le cool, is about to launch in London. Edited by former Suede bassist, Mat Osman, it will help Londoners find the best of the city. Launch date: 15th February.

London, United Kingdom, February 03, 2007 --(PR.com)-- What is le cool magazine? Artfully designed and proudly independent, le cool magazine is a selection of interesting, unusual and remarkable experiences to be found in the city each week. From gigs to theatre, art to hidden parties, it arrives in people's inboxes every Thursday, helping to plan both for the weekend and for the week ahead.

Free, funky and always-revealing, it also contains personal recommendations (the best table in the least-known bars, the dish to try in London’s restaurants, graffiti, unlikely wonders), and weekly interviews with the most amazing and inspiring people the city has to offer.

The front covers are unique reflections on the city by some of the best designers, artists and photographers around.

le cool magazine is sent free to its subscribers as a graphical e-mail, laid-out in a horizontal format with pages, as if it were a traditional magazine. All content is independent of any commercial influence.

Who is Mat Osman?
The launch editor of le cool magazine London, Mat was better known for 15 years as a musician and composer, and as the bassist in the band Suede. A few years ago, Mat switched to journalism; his unique eye and ear for new talent, along with his own considerable writing skills, make him the ideal person to launch le cool onto an unsuspecting London.
