About Sentiment360
Originally developed as an offshore IT and back-office services company Global Reach in 2006, Sentiment360 evolved to a business intelligence process as international clients asked for the development of services that could correlate web chatter with the rise and fall of stock prices.
It was quickly determined that the conversation-to-stock price relationships were quantifiable and that Sentiment360 could also be used to discover trends, emerging issues, reputation, sentiment, competitive information and more by searching and analyzing the conversations that take place online.
Within two weeks of the pre-launch in January 2010, Sentiment360 was named by Saatchi & Saatchi NY as a preferred social media listening partner.
In addition, Sentiment360 is working with Fortune 500 companies, global advertising and PR firms and political campaigns providing reporting on a variety of categories from food and beverage and television programming to congressional candidates and issues.
