Business Leader Media and CAI Partner to Announce Ovation Awards
Raleigh, NC, February 03, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Dan Davies, publisher of Business Leader magazine, has announced that Business Leader Media has partnered with CAI to award the Ovation Awards for HR Excellence. The winning companies, CIIT Centers for Health Research, Novozymes North America, and PPD, Inc., were honored at the CAI HR Management Conference on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at the North Carolina State University McKimmon Center, and will be profiled in Business Leader magazine’s March issue.
The Ovation Awards honor exceptional workplaces that have implemented innovative people practices that positively impact business results. To win, organizations had to implement best practices within the last 12 to 18 months which resulted in demonstrable improvement in the area of HR management, customer satisfaction, or business performance. Winners presented their best practice at the CAI HR Management Conference.
