Holiday Campaign Exceeds Expectations. XtraPlast.com Presents Contributions to Organizations.

Kansas City, MO, January 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Hundreds of companies from across the United States came together between November 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 to help support the XtraPlast.com annual Giving Thanks and Giving Back Campaign.

XtraPlast.com, a leading global packaging materials company, announced last November that it would commit a portion of sales to three special organizations as a way of thanking their customers for their support in 2010.

According to Dan Quesada, Sales Manager for XtraPlast.com, checks in the amount of $3,000 will be issued to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Children of Fallen Soldiers and Friends of the Parkville Animal Shelter.

“We were excited at how our customers embraced and supported this campaign. We saw a significant increase in new customers and overall sales verses the same period last year,” Dan Quesada stated. “We plan to make this campaign an annual event each year and continue support worthwhile organizations.”

This is the first year that XtraPlast.com had launched the Giving Thanks and Giving Back campaign. Silvio Weder, president of XtraPlast.com, said that, “This is just one way that we were able say thank you to our customers for their continued support in 2010.”
